I. General rules
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the www.nevadapamporovo.com internet platform, its software applications and the electronic services provided thereunder (hereinafter referred to as "Services").
1.2. The platform www.nevadapamporovo.com is maintained and managed by Nevada 2000 EOOD, with headquarters and headquarters in Sofia, 1434, Simeonovo, Jasmin Nº 1 Street, registered with the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency under UIC BG 175048088 .
1.3. When using the Internet platform www.nevadapamporovo.com and the services offered through it, a contractual relationship arises between the User of Services and Nevada 2000 Ltd. Therefore the User should be an adult according to the Bulgarian legislation (at the age of 18) and become acquainted with with these Terms and Conditions.
1.4. The subject of these General Terms and Conditions is the services offered by the www.nevadapamporovo.com platform - making the User a reservation of accommodation at the accommodation sites specified in the platform according to the conditions detailed in each particular offer as well as making an additional services reservation - transfer, boarding, ski equipment rental and ski school.
1.5. In order to use the services offered by the www.nevadapamporovo.com platform, the User, by clicking the mouse in the designated place, before finalizing any inquiry, must declare that he is familiar with and accepts these General Terms and Conditions. The finalization of the booking confirms that the User (together with all accompanying persons included in the reservation for using the same services) is familiar with and has accepted the Terms and Conditions.
1.6. These Terms and Conditions are applicable regardless of the device, operating system, browser, or protocol used by the User.
1.7. Via the platform www.nevadapamporovo.com, electronic services offered and maintained by third parties can also be provided by a contract concluded between them and Nevada 2000 Ltd.
II. Changes to terms and conditions
2. Nevada 2000 Ltd has the right to unilaterally change the content of these General Terms and Conditions. All changes reflected in these Terms and Conditions will take effect immediately after their publication on www.nevadapamporovo.com.
III. Provision of personal data
3.1 When using the services through www.newadapamporovo.com, the User completes the application form published on the site, which must provide the following personal data: name and surname, valid phone number and valid e-mail address.
3.2 By sending a request for a personal offer via the contact form published at www.nevadapamporovo.com, the User gives his explicit consent "GM Travel Ltd. to store and process the data provided by him, as well as may declare consent to the receipt an electronic newsletter from www.nevadapamporovo.com with news and events related to the destination and platform, information about special offers, promotional games and more.
IV. Terms of Service Order
4.1. Any reservation via the www.nevadapamporovo.com platform will be considered as an act of purchase of the relevant service - hotel accommodation and / or ski services subject to this reservation.
4.2. For each reservation made via the contact form on the www.nevadapamporovo.com platform, the user sends a request by filling out the published form.
4.3. In response to the request, the user receives an e-mail containing information about the particular offer: the possibility of providing it in the period specified by the User, the type and number of booked rooms in the chosen accommodation, type of meal, the price of the service, changing someone / s from the requested service parameters.
4.4. Before making the payment through the Internet address to change someone / s of the requested service parameters, the user may change the requested service parameters. After sending the request with the final parameters of the services, the user receives a new e-mail with the specific offer according to the set parameters.
4.5. It is the responsibility of the User to check his / her reservation and to monitor the compliance of all requested parameters, as well as to pay the price determined for the service within the deadlines and the amount specified in the particular offer and to choose one of the available payment methods (methods) mentioned below in these Terms and Conditions.
4.6. In the event that the requested services are not paid within 48 hours of receipt of the e-mail with the particular offer, it is deemed to have been withdrawn and the reservation made is automatically canceled.
4.7. Once the payment has been made, a confirmation of the reservation is received at the e-mail address entered by the User. Invoice for the payment made The user can obtain at check-in and / or be sent by e-mail upon request.
V. Prices and payment
5.1. The prices listed in the www.nevadapamporovo.com platform are gross, with 9% or 20% VAT included, resort fee and insurance depending on the service.
5.2. The total price payable by the User for the services he / she requests is calculated according to the number and type of the reserved services, the number of persons / adults and / or children / and the actual price offer for the respective service. Prices do not include any additional charges and services not mentioned in the specific reservation, which are due at a place (if any).
5.3. Nevada 2000 Ltd. reserves the right to change the prices and special offers in the platform www.nevadapamporovo.com, depending on the demand and available vacancies. For already made, confirmed and paid reservations, the amount due will not change regardless of the new bids submitted.
5.4. Payment is made in BGN per BNB Fixed Rate for the day.
VI. Possible payment methods (methods)
Payments can be made in the following ways:
6.1. By bank transfer
Payment must be made at the latest within the time specified in the e-mail with the specific offer, and the date of arrival and the name of the User must be entered on the grounds of payment.
Once the payment has been made, a copy of the payment order or the import note should be sent to: info@nevadapamporovo.com.
No bank transfer made directly prior to the trip date for which payment must be made at the time of reservation can not be paid via bank transfer.
VII. Reservation and accommodation. Cancellations and changes. Neutralizing
7.1 Reservations and accommodation
7. 1.1 These Terms and Conditions oblige Nevada 2000 Ltd to ensure the reservation of the accommodation and paid by the User under the conditions specified therein.
7.1.2. The "Remarks" field on the booking form is not mandatory for Nevada 2000 Ltd. and all User wishes filled in the field will be met only when possible.
7.1.3. For the purpose of the reservation, only children who are not 12 years old at the start of the service
7.1.4. In the event that extraordinary circumstances require Nevada 2000 LTD to change or cancel a Reservation of Accommodation requested and paid by the User, Nevada 2000 Ltd shall notify the User immediately and the User shall have the right to choose one of the following alternatives:
(a) to accept accommodation in a hotel of the same or higher category and, if it is impossible to accommodate in a lower category, to be reimbursed the difference between the service paid and the actual price;
(b) cancel the reservation. In case of cancellation of the reservation due to changes made by Nevada 2000 EOOD, the amount paid by the User is subject to a full refund under the terms and conditions set out below.
7.2. Requests for cancellation of paid reservations by the User are accepted only if they are made in writing - by e-mail at info@nevadapamporovo.com

7.2.1. In the event of cancellation by the User of an already paid reservation or no-show /, Nevada 2000 Ltd. shall refund the amount paid by the User upon written request by e-mail to info@nevadapamporovo.com. The application must contain: User name and surname, reservation number, bank details (bank, account number to be transferred, holder). In this case, the User is entitled to receive a refund of the amount he has paid, after deduction of the cancellation fee (if such is due), within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of the written request.
7.2.2. Certain special non-refundable, non-refundable offers are not subject to cancellation or change, and are explicitly mentioned in a prominent place in the bids themselves.
7.2.3. In the event of cancellation in a period for which penalties have already taken effect, the amount paid on the reservation subject to cancellation shall be refunded to the User after deduction of the penalty amount due and after deduction of the costs incurred for transfers of funds under this reservation.
7.2.4. In case of non-observance of the cancellation conditions under item 7.2.1 of these General Terms and Conditions, the difference between the amount paid by the User for the reservation and the penalty (if any) is refunded by Nevada 2000 LTD to 30 (thirty) days from the date of cancellation / no-show /, in the way the user made his / her payment

7.3. Neutrals on cancellations
7.3.1.News upon cancellation of paid hotel accommodation reservations are subject to the type of reservation: standard, reservation with non-refundable deposit.
7.3.1.1. For standard bookings - cancellations without penalty are made up to 15 days before the date of check-in, after this period a penalty of 100% of the amount due or a penalty of 100% of the prepayment is due. No-show will be charged 100% of the amount due or 100% of the prepayment.
7.3.1.2. For reservations with a non-refundable deposit - 100% of the amount due and / or the transferred deposit is deducted as a penalty. No-show will be charged 100% of the amount due or 100% of the prepayment.
7.4. Changes to paid reservations
7.4.1 Requests for change of parameters of paid Reservations by the User shall be accepted only if they are made in writing - by e-mail at info@nevadapamporovo.com.
7.4.2. The team at www.nevadapamporovo.com will do its best to satisfy the User's requests for a change of paid reservation but does not guarantee its execution. Changes to paid reservations are made only when possible and are valid upon receipt of a written confirmation of the user's electronic address.
7.4.3. When changing a paid reservation, there may be changes in the price of the reservation, subject to the new conditions. In this case, the change of reservation is valid after an additional payment has been made by the User.
7.4.4. Upon change in the parameters of paid reservations made immediately prior to the start date of the provision of the reserved service when the cancellation period has expired, the changes may be asserted as canceled and the User be credited with the appropriate penalties.
